Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Oil Kings Season 2026

There are no refunds and all fees/dues are nonrefundable due to the nature of booking ice, tournaments, practices, programs and any other event that is not refunded to us for a players absence. A written appeal request can be sent to the Board of Directors for consideration. There are ZERO guarantees any refund given the nature of the program.
